The story is about a fox and a cockerel. The fox compliments the cockerel"s father"s voice and challenges the cockerel to prove his own singing abilities. However, it turns out to be a trap as the fox grabs the cockerel and tries to run away with him. The man working in the field notices this and chases after them. In the end, the clever cockerel escapes by flying to safety on top of a tree. The moral of the story is to think before you act.
