(D.C)chapter 7

In Chapter 7 of the book, the protagonist"s mother dies and he attends her funeral. He feels sad and lonely but finds comfort in his friend Pagoti. The Murdersdoon family ignores him and he is unsure about his future. Pagoti tries to find work near him but fails. Eventually, they go to Yarmouth with Mr. Buckets and Pagoti suggests marrying him.
